Joley Dixon was born in Dothan, Alabama in 1996. She grew up in Graceville, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree in political science from Troy University. She attended law school at Faulkner Law in Montgomery, Alabama where she served on the honor court, student bar association, and on the trial advocacy team.
